If you have sent us a payment on one of the bunnies and we raise/lower prices, the price you paid prior to the price change will remain valid, we will not charge you more nor give you the difference back if you paid more then the new price change. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Our Bunnies! You understand and expressly AGREE that the bunny you purchase may or may not be the same color as the pictured. If you have not chosen a color for your bunny/bunnies, you will receive your bunny/bunnies in a color of our choice. The color you choose is the primary base color of our bunnies. The bunny/bunnies that you have order may contain a stripe in a different color and/or design. The material of the bunny you receive may be different then the one pictured on our web site. The glasses that Grammy and Gramps Rabbit wear may very in shape and size. If you order the all in one package the color you choose will be for all the bunnies, however if you choose the surprise me color we will mix-up the colors with a verity of the colors we have on hand, theses colors include but not limited to white, blue, tan, yellow, brown, and/or green.
OUR PRODUCT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 (FIVE) YEARS OLD, CONTAINS SMALL PARTS THAT MAY BE A CHOKING HAZARD, ALL BUNNIES CONTAIN GOOGLY EYES, A RIBBON, AND A BEAD FOR A NOSE WITH A BOW FOR THE WHISKERS, EXCEPT FOR BABY BUNNY, WHICH THE

Payment Notice! HOMunniEs will not send out our bunnies to you without receiving your payment. When we receive a payment notice from Paypal we will send out your order within three business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen checks, credit card information given on paypal's web site.
